This policy explains how Osteoyaro Unipessoal LDA processes the personal data of visitors to this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you provide voluntarily and the strictly necessary technical data:
- Contact form: name, phone number, child's age, preferred location and message (optional).
- Direct contact: data you share with us via WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Technical data: statistics and advertising cookies, only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to respond to your contact request and schedule appointments (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for statistics and advertising, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If you share health information in your message, it is treated confidentially and used exclusively to prepare the consultation, based on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Form data is kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless a care relationship or a legal obligation requires a longer period.
Form submissions are stored securely on the website server, with password-restricted access.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Our technical providers (website hosting, email service) may have access to data and, with your consent, Google (Analytics and Ads) for statistical and advertising measurement. No transfers outside the EU take place beyond those covered by adequacy decisions and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, write to osteoyaro.lda@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and data minimisation.
