Do you recognise these signs in your baby?

Babies cannot tell you where it hurts. They communicate through their bodies, and these signs may point to tensions worth assessing.

  • Sleeps little or wakes up constantly
  • Prefers turning the head to one side only
  • Flattened or asymmetrical head shape
  • Difficulties latching, sucking or swallowing
  • Frequent colic, gas or reflux
  • Arches backwards, always seems tense
  • Frequently pulls their hair or ears

Parents ask

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not answered here, write to me on WhatsApp. I reply personally.

Is osteopathy safe for babies?

Yes. Paediatric osteopathy uses only gentle, age-appropriate techniques, without forceful manipulation. The pressure applied is very light, and many babies relax or fall asleep during the session.

From what age can a baby be seen?

From the first weeks of life. The earlier the tensions related to pregnancy and birth are released, the less likely they are to interfere with feeding, sleep and development.

How many sessions are needed?

It depends on each case. After the first assessment I explain transparently what I found and propose a plan. Many cases improve visibly within a few sessions.

What happens during the session and how long does it take?

The visit includes a talk with the parents, an assessment and treatment, usually 40 to 60 minutes. Your baby can be held, feed or sleep. Bring comfortable clothes and a familiar toy if you like.

How much does a consultation cost?

The price is confirmed at booking. Send a WhatsApp message and I will quickly reply with all the details.

Do you also treat adults?

Yes. I work with adults and look after whole families. This page is dedicated to paediatric osteopathy, but you can book a visit for yourself through the same contacts.

Prefer me to call you?

Leave your contact details. I will call you personally to understand the case and schedule the visit.
